Mission Carved Wood Picture Frame – 8×10

Mission carved wood picture frame with a rich carved look to enhance your framing gallery. This frame has an inside and outside rounded bead with hand wood carving in between the two beads. Truly a wood frame that speaks elegance with precision mitered corners that are then secured using wood splines. No metal is used to fasten the corners together. This way this frame and any frame made will never split or separate giving it an heirloom quality like products of the American craftsmen from the early 1900s.

Constructed of quarter sawn oak, each rail is 1.5” wide and finished in a Mission Medium color. On the back of the frame there is a half inch deep rabbet which allows you room to easily frame a matted picture with glass. The frame comes with a fiber backboard that is held in with four turn buttons to easily mount the frames content. If you so choose you can either hang the frame flat to the wall or it can also be placed on a dresser, shelf, or mantel.

The outside dimensions of the frame are 10.5×12.5 and can be display in either the portrait or landscape orientation. Content size 8″x10″.  Frame pictured is only a representation of the actual frame you’ll receive. The frame pictured is in the Mission Medium stain.
