Description
Dual Gabled Bungalow Style Frame
Here’s a dual Bungalow frame with tapered side using genuine hidden mortise and tenon joinery constructed from quarter sawn oak. The sides are two inches ( 2″) at the bottom and tapered to one and a half (1.5″) at the top. The middle divider measures one and a half (1.5″) wide. The bottom rail measures two and one half (2.5″) and the top measures two and three quarters (2.75″) at the peak. The two tapered sides and the middle divider are slightly recessed from the top and bottom rails. Corners are securely pinned with square through pegs and the middle divider is pinned with blind pegs from the back that do not go through the frame. This frame is perfect for photos of your loved ones. A great fit for any home or office that compliments the Arts and Crafts Movement.
For this dual gabled Bungalow style frame you have several options you can choose from. Such as the frame size, stain color, and type of corner pegs. You have several wood species you can choose from as well, like the all popular quater sawn oak, mahogany, black walnut, and cherry. If you’re in need of a wood stain that isn’t listed you can contact me and possibly get a match to the color you need. You can also request a color sample if you’re just not sure of the stain colors shown in the Stains Color page.
